Getting Started

Can I Access Booker On-Line without having a Booker account number?


You can access this web site but you will be unable to place and order with Booker until you have a store account and registered a web account. There will be limitations on some of the web site features until you have a complete web account.

How do I get a Booker Store Account number?


Use the Request a Booker Account feature. This will contact your nearest store who will contact you in order to set up your Booker account.

I have a Booker Store Account. How can I browse my local store?


Once you have a Booker account number you can access the web site by clicking on the Booker Store Customer button. Key in your account number. This will allow you to access more features on the web site.

I have a Booker Store Account but I am unable to send an order?


This is because your local store manager has not agreed to pick and deliver your order. Click on Registered for Online Ordering. A message will be sent to your local store advising them that you want to place an order. The store will then contact you to arrange pick and delivery and enable your future ordering via the web site. You will also be advised of an access PIN number so you can create a web account. When you access the web site key in your Booker Store Account number. You will then be asked to key in a PIN number and confirmation code. You can then register your web account. You will need to provide your trading sector, your e-mail address and password.

Once I have a web account how do I login?


The Login screen can be accessed by clicking on Login on the top help line. You will need to enter your e-mail address and password in order to login onto the web site. If you do not login the web site will prompt you to login at point of placing your order.

What if I forget my password?


On the login screen there is a link to request us to e-mail your password to you.

Can I change my login in details?


You can change your e-mail address and password by using the web Account management features. Click on the Account link on the top line menu. Then follow onscreen instructions to change password and e-mail address.

Shopping on the site

Will I find the same range of products online that I would find in my local store?


The web site will contain most of the products you can obtain from your local store. If there are any products you want but can’t find please let us know via the Contact Us screens.

What happens if I order a product that is out of stock?


During the ‘checkout’ process we give you the option for accepting substitutions. If you allow substitutions, our staff will replace products that are out of stock with suitable alternatives. You can decline these products on delivery and return to your local store if unwanted.
