The website is really slow?
Our technical support team continually monitor the performance of our website and will be aware if we are experiencing any problems. From time to time, we do experience issues, which we will be working hard to get fixed as soon as possible.

I am unable to reprint a voucher you sent me?
If you have had problems printing a voucher we sent you via the website, we are able to re-set it for you so that you can try again. Simply follow the links to let us know and we will contact you once we have.
We will only be able to re-set this voucher for you once so please check your printer and other equipment is working correctly before you contact us.
