Online Exclusives can be ordered via the website, and collected in branch, or added to your next delivery if you are set up for delivery.
We also tailor our website content to suit a variety of business types, so a customer who runs a corner shop will see different content on booker.co.uk compared to a customer who runs a café.
This is because we offer many helpful resources, such as costed menus for restaurants and Retail Best Seller lists for convenience stores, which are only relevant to certain business types.

Our promotions offer you amazing savings across a large number of key lines. These savings allow you to offer some great deals to your customers whilst improving your own profitability.
For retailers, we run a four weekly promotional programme, covering many types of products, including confectionery, alcohol, soft drinks, and even grocery lines such as frozen foods.
For caterers we have a regular 'Prices Locked Down' promotion where prices on hundreds of key lines are 'locked down' to ensure your business can offer great menus at fantastic prices. Our 'Prices Locked Down' promotions also give you the security you need to plan ahead, safe in the knowledge these prices will not fluctuate.
If you need to find a product in a hurry, just use our search box. You can search by brand, keyword, name or size of product, and the system will match your search term to the products available.
The system will also 'suggest' search terms when you start typing into the search box - so if you start to type 'marm' it might suggest 'Bonne Maman Bitter Orange Marmalade 30g' along with a selection of others.
If your search returns a large number of results, for example if your search for 'strawberry' brings up hundreds of different products simply refine your search by clicking on one of the categories below the search box, such as 'James & Preserve Portions' by shelf, or by selecting some of the other filters, like brand & storage type.
If you shop online, it may be helpful for you to see what you've bought in the past. To show your recent purchases, hold your mouse over the 'Shopping Tools' tab (the fourth tab on the light blue menu beneath the Booker logo) and select the first option, 'Recent Purchases'. This will bring up everything you have bought in the past 12 months.
You may wish to scroll through and add items you have bought in the past to your trolley. You can also sort your Recent Purchases, by Promotion (to check if anything you regularly buy is on offer), by Shelf, Brand or Storage Type.
If you buy the same items every time you shop at Booker, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Add All to Shopping List'.
When you hover over the 'Shopping Tools' tab, you will see the second option on the menu is 'Shopping Lists'. Shopping Lists do exactly what they say on the tin - you can create lists and add products to them. This makes it easy for you to re-order products, or to quickly order products for specific events or occasions.
Another handy tool is the Multi Search. This is also located on the 'Shopping Tools' menu. If you select Multi Search, you will see a box you can type into. If you add the Midas code of a different product on each line, then click 'Find Products', the website will quickly bring up a list of products to add to your trolley. This is particularly useful if you are working from a Booker leaflet or promotions book.
If you regularly order the same products from Booker, it might be quickest for you to use the 'Copy Previous Order' tool, where you can see previous website orders. You can go into the previous order, add all of the products to the trolley, and proceed to checkout.
It can be really useful to see a list of your previous invoices and the amounts you've spent. To bring this up, just hover over the light blue 'Your Booker' tab (on the left) and select 'Previous Invoices'. This will show you the summary of you previous invoices.
When you hover over the 'Your Booker' tab, you will see that the first menu option is 'Previous Invoices'. Previous Invoices is a section of the website where you can see the summary of all your previous invoices, detailing invoice total broken down into the three VAT categories; 0%, 5%, and 20%.

If you run a restaurant, for example, you will see that we offer a personalised wine label printing service, a free professional cleaning manual, and a digital copy of our 'All About Food' book, which includes hundreds of recipes, complete with costings and portion sizings. There's also an extremely useful Gross Profit Calculator, and lots of information on our butchery service, including an extensive digital catalogue.
If you're a retailer, you'll see our Retail Best Seller lists, which help you to make sure you've got the most profitable range on your shelves. There's also lots of handy information about recycling, our symbol groups, and our value ranges for retailers.
If you've added a product to your trolley that has been discontinued or is unavailable via your branch, the website will offer the option to choose any existing substitutes in its place.
If there are no substitutes, it will prompt you to remove the product from your trolley altogether.
This is particularly useful when one price-marked product has been de-listed, but we have stock of a slightly different price-marked version of the same product.
The shopping trolley is the virtual area in which items you are currently purchasing are stored until you proceed to checkout. If you click into the trolley (just look for the trolley symbol in the top right hand corner of the page) during your shop, you will also be able to adjust the quantities you are buying. You can also add items from your trolley to a shopping list for future ordering.
The trolley also breaks down your totals at the bottom of the list to show how your products are calculated. They are split into: Branch Stocked, Online Exclusive (if you have any), Total Guide Price, and Total Guide Price plus VAT.
Once you've finished shopping, select 'proceed to checkout' to begin the checking out process.
Depending on whether or not you receive deliveries, you will then be able to choose whether you collect all of your items, collect some but ask us to deliver the rest, or ask us to deliver all of the items. If you do not receive deliveries from Booker, but you would like to, talk to your local branch to see if this option is available.
During the checkout process, you will be asked how you would like to pay. We have a number of different ways for customers to pay, including: online credit/debit card payments, paying in-branch, and we offer a credit facility for some customers.
Online Exclusive products are not stocked in your chosen branch. They are ordered in for you and will normally be available within .
Direct from Supplier products are not stocked in your chosen branch.They will be ordered for you from the supplier, who willdeliver them directly to your business address.
You will need to provide credit card details for these items at checkout.
