Choose from chicken, duck or goose, a wide selection is available. The most popular breast is chicken, which is the leanest of the birds without its skin. Versatile to be cooked or prepared in multiple ways.
Now a very popular cut, with a slightly higher fat content than the breast. The thigh is now being used across multiple serves, although traditionally used in a slow cook to get the best flavour from the cut.
Renowned for seasonal popularity, however due to its high protein and low fat, turkey has now become an all year round serve. Can be used as a joint, steaks or pieces to create the ideal lean meat dish for the menu.
