How do I place an order for Marketplace Items?
You will need to log into your account at www.booker.co.uk using your customer number, you can then browse our products and pricing, add items to your basket and pay.

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards. Your payment card will not be charged until your order is dispatched.
Our delivery lead time is 3-5 working days. Your order is sent from a central warehouse, directly to your business address, with our courier Parcelforce.
Unfortunately, we are only able to send your order to your business address that we hold for you.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email to let you know your order is the way. This will contain a tracking link directly to our courier’s website, which you can use to track your delivery. If we have a mobile number for you, you will also receive this communication via SMS.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer services team at Customer.Services@Booker.co.uk. Please remember to include photos of the damaged items along with your customer number & order number.
In the first instance, please check your dispatch email to ensure that all ordered items have been despatched together. If you are still missing items following this, please report to Customer.Services@Booker.co.uk within 48 hours of you receiving your delivery.
Should you think you have received something wrong, please contacts us at Customer.Services@Booker.co.uk, including your customer number and order number.
Please contact us at Customer.Services@Booker.co.uk within 28 days of ordering. There will be a collection charge of £4.99 for unwanted orders, this will be deducted from your refund amount.
