Method

    Cook the steak to the customers requirements

    Deep fry the chips as per the on pack instructions. Drain well on some paper & sprinkle with salt

    Spalsh the tomatoes with oil & roast in the oven for 4 to 5 mins

    Saute the mushroom in a little oil & butter, season to taste

    Deep fry the onion rings as per the on pack instructions & drain well

    Warm the sauce & serve in a separate pot
