Beer Battered Gherkin

Method

   Drain the gherkins well & cut in half lengthways

   Make up the batter mix using the beer

3. 3

   Coat the gherkins well in the batter

4. 4

   Deep fry for 3-4 mins until the batter is crisp & golden, tip out onto paper & drain well

5. 5

   Serve with a small pot of sea salt crystals
