Method

Peel & crush the garlic & stir into the mayonnaise

Season the steak well & pan fry for 2-3 mins on both sides

Leave to rest for at least 5 mins

Deep fry the chips as per the on pack instructions. Tip out onto paper to drain & sprinkle with a little salt

Slice the steak & serve with the fries & the aioli
