1/2 Rolled Beef Brisket 1xAv 2kg

For the brisket

Season the brisket well, place in a roasting tray with a little water & cover with tin foil & seal well all round

Place in an oven at 120C, leave to cook for 8-10 hours.

Once finished, remove from the oven & leave to cool. Rip apart with 2 forks

For the onions

Peel & slice the onions, stew down in the beer. (If possible vac pac & leave to marinade for at least 12 hours)

For the sandwich

Re-heat the brisket in a microwave

Place onto a slice of the bloomer, top with the onions & some crumbled Stilton
- 10
Top with the remaining bloomer slice, cut & serve
