Defrost the bun overnight in a refrigerator

Deep fry all the chicken in hot oil until golden brown. Tip out onto paper to drain

Deep fry the fries in hot oil until golden brown. Tip out onto paper to drain, sprinkle with a little salt

Cook the sweetcorn in boiling salted water for 10 to 12 mins

Toast the inside of the bun. Top the base with mayonnaise & shredded iceberg

Place the chicken fillets on the lettuce & the bun top

Serve all together with a small pot of BBQ sauce
