Method

Deep fry the chicken bites as per the on pack instructions. Drain well on some paper

Re-heat the rice as per the on pack instructions

Beat the egg with a little seasoning, quickly stir fry in a small frying pan

Once cooked stir into the rice

Warm the sweet & sour sauce & stir in the chicken bites

Serve the chicken next to the rice & garnish with a little spring onion
