Method

    Flatten the chicken out as much as possible

    Dip into the seasoned flour, then the eggwash & finally the breadcrumbs

  3. 3

    Shallow fry in a little oil for 5-6 mins on both sides until the crumb is golden & the chicken cooked through

    Deep fry the chips as per the on pack instructions. Tip out onto paper to drain & sprinkle with a little salt

  5. 5

    Serve the chicken next to the fries
