Method

Defrost the lamb chops overnight in a refrigerator. Season well

Pan fry the lamb chops for 2-3 mins on both sides with the garlic cloves & a small amount of the rosemary. Leave to rest

Make up the mashed potatoes as per the on pack instructions

Peel & slice the carrot, cook in boiling salted water for approx 5 mins

Trim the cauliflower & cut into florets, cook in boiling salted water for approx 5 mins

Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for approx 3 mins, drain well

Serve the lamb on a slate with the vegetables garnish with the garlic cloves & some rosemary

Serve the potatoes in a separate dish
