Method

Slice the liver into thin slices, season well & pan fry for 1 min on each side. Leave to rest

Make up the mashed potatoes as per the on pack instructions

Slice the onions & sweat off in the pan you fried the liver in

Once cooked deglace with the red wine sauce

Serve the liver on the mashed potato & cover with the red wine sauce
