Method

    Defrost the lamb chop overnight in a refrigerator

    Pan fry or grill the steak, the lamb chop & the pork for 2-3 mins on both sides. Leave to rest

    Cook the sausages as per the on pack instructions

    Deep fry the onion rings as per the on pack instructions. Drain well

  5. 5

    Deep fry the chips as per the on pack instructions. Drain well & sprinkle with a little salt

  6. 6

    Cut the tomato in half, spalsh with a little oil & grill until starting to soften

  7. 7

    Serve all the components together on a plate with the chips in a basket on the side
