Method

    Defrost the burger buns as per the on pack instructions

    Grill or ovenbake the burger until fully cooked through

  3. 3

    Deep fry the onion rings until golden brown, tip out onto paper to drain

  4. 4

    Toast the insides of the bun, top the base with mayonnaise a slice of tomato & onion

  5. 5

    Place on the rocket, top with the burger & finish with ketchup & then the bun top

  6. 6

    Secure with a skewer & pile on the onion rings
