Method

    Cut a 250g piece of pork. Season well. Pan fry for approx 3 mins on each side until fully cooked through. Leave to rest

    Spoon the peppercorns into the pan & deglace with the red wine sauce. Finish with the double cream, season to taste

    Cook the potato wedges as per the on pack instructions

    Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for approx 3 mins, drain well

  5. 5

    Serve the pork with the wedges & broccoli. Pour over the peppercorn sauce
