Method

    Season & seal the turkey in hot oil in a roasting tray. Sit the joint on a trivet of mixed vegetables, add a splash of water

    Cover with foil & roast in a hot oven. Cook to the core temperature recommended by the food hygiene regulations

    Make up the stuffing as per the on pack instructions, roll into balls & bake in the oven

    Roast the potatoes & pig in blanket in a hot oven as per the on pack instructions

    Peel & cut the carrots into batons & cook in boiling salted water for 5 to 8 mins & drain well

    Trim & cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 4 to 5 mins & drain well

  7. 7

    Make up the gravy & serve with slices of the meat, the potatoes, vegetables, stuffing, sausage & cranberry sauce
