Method

    Season the lamb well & seal all over in hot oil. Roast in the oven for approix 20 mins

    Leave to rest for at least 20 mins

  3. 3

    Peel & slice the carrot, cook in boiling salted water for approx 5 mins

  4. 4

    Trim the broccoli & cut into florets, cook in boiling salted water for approx 3 mins

  5. 5

    Make up the gravy as per the on pack instructions

  6. 6

    Serve the lamb on a board to be carved at the table

  7. 7

    Serve the potatoes, vegetables & gravy in separate dishes
