Entice your Customers on National Dessert Day

Desserts are one of the last experiences a diner has of your pub or restaurant - if you make it a good one, you'll keep them coming back again and again.

Choices are very important when designing a dessert menu as, for some strange reason, not everyone likes chocolate! Make sure you've got a variety of hot & cold, fruity & chocolatey, and healthy & naughty desserts to help entice as many palates as possible.

Desserts are a prime example of 'eating with your eyes', they're not the main attraction at a meal but an additional treat, so make sure it's a treat for all the senses. Keep it simple and elegant, maybe with a chocolate swirl, a dusting of icing sugar or a tasty sauce.

Then you need to entice your customers.
