    I'm already a Booker customer. Can I shop at Makro?

    Booker and Makro are two separate businesses. If you are a Booker customer and want to shop at Makro you will need to register with them separately. Booker customer cards are not transferable to Makro, you will have to register in each business in order to shop.

    How do I amend my account details?

    You can review/amend your account information at any time by using the web Account management feature. You should note that changes made will only be applied to your Booker.co.uk account, and that you will also need to notify your local branch of any changes.

    Click on the Account link on the top right hand corner of the page then follow the on-screen instructions to change your details.

    Can I change my log in and/or password details?

    You can change the e-mail address for your account and/or password by using the web Account management feature. Click on the Account link on the top right hand corner of the page then follow the on-screen instructions to change your log in details.

    Can I have more than one e-mail address for the same account?

    Your online account is linked to your customer number and the business address it is associated with. You are able to change the e-mail address you use to access your account, but you are only able to use one e-mail address at any time.

    I have multiple stores. Can I use the same Booker account to order for all of them?

    Your online account is linked to your customer number and the business address it is associated with. We can only deliver to the address connected with the customer number that you have used to register.

    If you have multiple business addresses and need a delivery to separate premises, you will need to set up a Booker account for each address. You can then link these accounts together if needed.

    I have more than one account. Can I access them all in one place?

    If you have multiple accounts and would like to link them together you have two options available to you.

    1. If you want to be able to access other accounts, but wouldn't want them to access your own account you can set up a one-way link.

    - Click on Account
    - In My Linked Accounts, select Link My Account (All approved linked accounts will be displayed)
    - Enter the customer number and email address of the account you would like to link
    - Click Send Request
    - Login to the account you are linking and select Account, My Linked Accounts, and Approve or Decline

    You are now able to access the linked account from your original one

    Note, this is a one-way link. If you are in the linked account and wish to return to the original one you will need to log out of the current account and log back into the main one.

    2. If you want to switch between customer accounts without any restrictions follow steps above, then from each individual account send Link My Account requests to all other accounts. This will allow you to switch between accounts without having to logout/login.

    How do I sign up for/cancel marketing communications?

    If you would like us to notify you of any upcoming events, promotions, special offers and discounts, we can send you a weekly newsletter to give you a flavour of what's happening within Booker. If you do not already receive these newsletters, you can register your details and we will start sending them to you.

    I'm already a Booker customer. Can I see my previous invoices?

    Yes, if you are already a Booker customer simply log in to your account to see a summary of your previous invoices.

    You can either hover over the Your Booker tab and follow the link to copies of your previous invoices, or click on Account and select View My Previous Orders. Your invoice summaries can be viewed online or downloaded to either Excel or PDF format.

    How do I get a copy of a previous invoice?

    If you have shopped with Booker before you will be able to access your account online and view your invoice summary details for the past 12 months. If you need a detailed copy of a particular invoice you will need to contact your local branch for assistance.

    To view your previous invoice summaries online you will need to log in to your account. Simply hover over the Your Booker tab and follow the link for copies of your previous invoices, or click on the Account link and select View My Previous Orders.

    You can either view or download your invoice summary by clicking on either Download as Excel or Download as PDF. Alternatively you can select individual invoice summaries by clicking on the invoice number.

    Can I download or print copies of my invoices from your website?

    Yes, you can download and print either a summary of all available invoices or summary information for a selected invoice in either Excel or PDF format.

    To access your invoice summary you will need to log in to your account. Simply hover over the Your Booker tab and follow the link for copies of your previous invoices, or click on the Account link and select View My Previous Orders.

    You can download your invoice summary by clicking on either Download as Excel or Download as PDF. Alternatively you can select an individual invoice summary by clicking on the invoice number and choosing your preferred download format.

    I have just placed an order. Why can't I see an invoice for it?

    We do not generate an invoice for your order until it has been picked and processed by your local branch. Once your order has been completed invoice summary information will appear in your Account on the website.
